Suzi Ardley is the the new Head of Digital Communications in the University's Public Affairs Directorate. She will talk about how to integrate social media into your communications strategy and planning. Looking at examples of organisational best practice she will talk about ways to build specific audience segments and evaluate the effectiveness of activities through analytics.
